I bought this about two years ago at a used clothing store for around 24,000 yen. There's no tag, so I don't know the brand, but I think it's a remake or handmade overall.
It has a round collar and orange stitching, so it's unique. I think it can be worn by both men and women if the size is right.
As shown in the third photo, the different patches on the front bib are also a distinctive feature.
